Shipping policy

Our products are one of a kind, produced by hand by Mexican artisans. It can take up to 15-20 business days to deliver.

ECONOMY TRANSIT TIMES Transit times are estimated based on outbound shipping schedules as provided by the carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as they are subject to disruptions in service and are only provided as a guideline.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy.

Once your order is received at their facility and processed for International shipment, it will be delivered to your International address.

We currently do not ship to International PO boxes.

All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. The duties and taxes are based on the items you ordered, your ship to address and the value of your purchase. All duties and taxes are nonrefundable. For all DDU (delivery duty unpaid) countries, duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout. You will be contacted by customs once your order has arrived to settle any additional charges in order for the package to be released.

Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your package within 15-20 business days based on location. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We currently do not offer expedited shipping on International orders.

All International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
